Permanent Housing

For those that have already dealt with those dreadful accommodations for a month, consider it a rite of passage to have priority to be moved to the permanent housing quarters. Of course, you'll have new roommates to promote that social bonding but at least it isn't quite as cozy as before. All that noisy construction is finally done (for now) though. So, you can have some peace and quiet for at least a little while. Also, some peace of mind being away from the facility with all its strange happenings. Not that being removed from the facility will make you exempt from any future experiments, of course! And R.O.S.I.E. is still with you as always. Despite how basic the houses look on the inside and out, it only takes a blink to see that they're smart homes. All you need to do is clap or just think hard enough about it to turn on the lights, the TV, or run your garbage disposal. Maybe they're nice convenient comforts. Or maybe it's creepy that R.O.S.I.E. has so much influence over your everyday life. Either way, it makes for some fun features to fiddle with.
Located on the southern beach near the facility are beautiful beachfront bungalows. They're suspended just a bit up off the sand to allow for the rising tide to come in underneath. Enjoy that lovely white noise. It should hopefully help you sleep in the face of demons rustling out in the wild and nightmares from all your traumatic experiences thus far. All the quaint little homes have wrap-around patios that open up to the salty sea, which are also adorned with mood lighting and thematic seashell decorations. The houses sit in a row along the shore. Wave hello to your neighbors whenever you get the chance! Or not. Maybe you hate your neighbors already. Just make sure to remember to close your windows facing their way for some privacy. Or don't, if you're into that sort of thing. Remember! The Zenith Corporation doesn't judge.
Inside, the house opens up to a spacious main area. The living room and kitchen are connected, the living room to the left and the kitchen to the right with a sliding glass door that lets out to the beach-view patio. The back hall of the house is symmetrical with three doors along each wall. The door closest to the main entrance leads to a bedroom, the one after it a conjoined bathroom, and the last another bedroom. The bedrooms are already properly furnished and much more gracious with their space than the facility's quarters were. The beds are actually large enough to easily accommodate two people this time and hopefully, they will. Each bedroom has a door leading to the bathroom that connects them but it can be locked from either side. Inside the bathrooms are two sinks, a toilet, bidet, and a combined jacuzzi bath with shower (including a bath mat, detachable shower head and shower bar for the adventurous! Don't say Zenith never gave you anything). You might need to set up some boundaries with your new roommates. Who's going to use the shower when, a sock on the door means you know what, and don't come drunkenly crawling in the wrong window at all hours of the night. You know, normal roommate things. Once that's all settled, however, maybe you'll host a house party. Or perhaps you'll attend one! It's also very possible you might want nothing to do with anyone and hole yourself away in your room that's for really real all your own this time. Whatever the case may be, the Zenith Corporation hopes that you enjoy your new permanent housing.
And keep in mind, they're only a short walk away should you need anything!
